Past Projects
Habitat Chesapeake is proud to have worked in 19 communities to date. Many of these have been transformed by our efforts to address vacancy and blight through new and rehabilitated construction while advocating alongside local residents and organizations for improved infrastructure and other amenities. Today, Waverly and North Patterson Park are highly sought-after locations and we are proud to have contributed to their revitalization, while allowing Habitat partner families the opportunity to build wealth as home values rise.
While we are no longer actively building in the communities below, we stay in touch with many of the Habitat homeowners who live there and remain invested in their success.
