Mike Posko

Chief Executive Officer 

Mike Posko, Chief Executive Officer, was appointed in February 2012. Mike has 18 years of experience at the Federal Reserve Bank of Baltimore and served 10 years in executive leadership positions of the real estate construction industry with Struever Brothers, Eccles and Rouse and Cross Street Partners. In the last 15 years, Mike has served the nonprofit world in various board, committee, and volunteer capacities.

Candice Van Scoy

Chief Financial Officer

Candice Van Scoy, Chief Financial Officer, joined Habitat Chesapeake in 2011. Candice has more than 30 years of affordable housing, construction and real estate development finance and accounting experience. She has also been the treasurer for several non-profit organizations. She oversees the organization’s accounting, financing, risk management, and compliance.

Steve Bolton 

Chief Operating Officer 

Steve Bolton, Chief Operating Officer, joined Habitat Chesapeake in 2016. Steve has 20 years of Habitat experience having served as executive director at various affiliates in Maine and throughout New England. Steve has a solid history construction management and of developing and cultivating collaborative relationships.
