Homeownership Services: Post-Closing Specialist 

The Post-Closing Specialist serves as a key contact to HFHC homeowners, providing support to those within our active mortgage portfolio. The Post-Closing Specialist works in support of and in cooperation with the Homeowner Services Team to ensure seamless delivery of service and relationship-building with homeowners to continue their success in homeownership.

HabiCorps Workforce Development Trainee 

HabiCorps provides 10.5 months of meaningful, hands-on training focused on construction trades and landscape/property maintenance. Trainees serve the community while building Habitat for Humanity homes for families in need. All HabiCorps trainees receive stipends, health care and child care benefits, along with student loan forbearance if eligible. Following successful completion of the program trainees will receive job placement assistance and an education award that can be applied to student loans or further education and training.

ReStore Driver/Donation Ambassador 

As a DOT Driver (Non CDL)/Donations Ambassador you will be responsible for creating and maintaining an extraordinary donor, volunteer and shopper experience in the Habitat ReStore. The DOT Driver (Non-CDL)/Donations Ambassador is responsible for the safe operation and transportation of goods within a company provided 16-26 foot box truck in accordance with local, state and federal laws.

ReStore Sales/Donation Associate

The ReStore Sales/Donation Associate represents the Habitat brand through courteous interactions with potential donors and customers to support our mission and support ReStore operations. This role assists with the store and truck operations as a driver assistant and team member.

The Sales/Donations Associate is expected to perform all responsibilities in a professional and ethical manner to achieve a safe and positive customer experience and ensure the continual improvement of the ReStore reputation, productivity and profitability.

ReStore Donation Supervisor 

The ReStore Donation Supervisor’s responsibility is to supervise the warehouse (processing) area and to provide support to the ReStore management team by engaging in a wide variety of tasks in the ReStore, including supervising the warehouse (processing area), basic fleet management, driver support, and safety. The Donation Supervisor supports the store manager by supervising the donation intake area (warehouse/processing area) including the cleaning and pricing of merchandise, restocking the sale floor, and overseeing donor customer service.
