Homeownership Program Associate 

The Homeownership Program Associate’s (HPA) primary focus is recruitment and retention of potentially qualified partner families into the Habitat first-time home-buying program or the homebuyer readiness pre-program, and supporting family partners in meeting their goal of becoming a future homeowner. The HPA works in collaboration and cooperation with the Homeowner Services Team to ensure seamless delivery of service to partner families in their preparation for homeownership, adding capacity to the team to serve more families in affordable homeownership.    

HabiCorps Construction Instructor 

The HabiCorps Construction Instructor position leads HabiCorps trainees with extensive knowledge and experience through trade-specific hands-on skills training and reinforces job-readiness skills in order to provide trainees with the competence to become gainfully employed in the construction industry by the conclusion of the 10-month program. Instructor will manage a team of up to 5 trainees, providing day-to-day supervision, skills training and coaching while managing and completing assigned projects safely and on time. Instructor will establish and maintain an instructional, team-based atmosphere conducive to learning, ensuring trainees are held accountable to all established policies and procedures. This position is also responsible for occasionally managing assigned groups of unskilled community volunteers in addition to HabiCorps members on project sites. 

HabiCorps Workforce Development Trainee 

HabiCorps provides 10.5 months of meaningful, hands-on training focused on construction trades and landscape/property maintenance. Trainees serve the community while building Habitat for Humanity homes for families in need. All HabiCorps trainees receive stipends, health care and child care benefits, along with student loan forbearance if eligible. Following successful completion of the program trainees will receive job placement assistance and an education award that can be applied to student loans or further education and training.

ReStore Donation Ambassador 

As a DOT Driver (Non CDL)/Donations Ambassador you will be responsible for creating and maintaining an extraordinary donor, volunteer and shopper experience in the Habitat ReStore. The DOT Driver (Non-CDL)/Donations Ambassador is responsible for the safe operation and transportation of goods within a company provided 16-26 foot box truck in accordance with local, state and federal laws.

Retail-Sales/Donation Associate

The ReStore Sales/Donation Associate represents the Habitat brand through courteous interactions with potential donors and customers to support our mission and support ReStore operations. This role assists with the store and truck operations as a driver assistant and team member.

The Sales/Donations Associate is expected to perform all responsibilities in a professional and ethical manner to achieve a safe and positive customer experience and ensure the continual improvement of the ReStore reputation, productivity and profitability.
